Solid steel welded construction. Designed for .22 rimfire. Target consists of an inside target and an outside target with the outside target spinning slower than the inside. Orange adhesive dots on the inside target to enhance the aiming point of the center spinner. Outside spinner consists of both diamond and circular shapes. Inside spinner consists of small and large aiming circles. Three piece metal frame holds target firmly in place. Target is Radiation Green in color for increased visibility.
